Our house is fine, a few things broke. About 15 chimneys fell down my street, one crushed a car.
My sister's car was crushed by her chimney.

The inner city has been pretty ripped up, all the old brick buildings have fallen apart.
Some places in the city have the footpaths torn up etc, flooding in areas near water.

My guitars are fine. :p

What these people are doing is a mapout of the Titanic. She's been sitting on the bottom for 98 years now, and the fear is that in the next 10 years, the hull will collapse in on itself.

You can see video in almost real time. It may be a bandwidth hog, so ones with dial up may run into streaming issues.

There is some really good reading on the site as well.
Enjoy:)

My solo acoustic take on this great song.
"Bizarre Love Triangle" is a single released in 1986 by the English rock
band New Order. A version is included on their album Brotherhood.

Though it is one of the group's best known singles, it failed to make
the UK Top 40, only reaching number 56. It was, however, a surprise
hit in Australia, reaching number five and initiating a string of five
consecutive Top 20 hits. In the U.S, the song's popularity has only
climbed steadily since 1986 and it is considered a classic in many circles.
In 2004 the song was ranked number 201 in Rolling Stone's "The 500
Greatest Songs of All Time".
Now I know most of you would like to tell me its not worth it and I should just buy a tube amp, but I'm wondering 1) is it possible to turn a solid state amp into a tube amp, and 2) how can I do it.

I think it would be a cool side project to work on and would put my soldering iron to good use.

If you've got any kind of amp modification know how then please share it with me!!

Hey.
So I have a ltd m-400 electric guitar, and I've had it for 2-3 years now, and I love it.
However I just changed to new strings, and for some reason, the string, or whatever it is makes a crackling noise when bending certain strings at certain frets.

I've never had this issue before, and I've just noticed it with the new strings I have.
I tried dampening the springs on the back with a napkin and it did remove most of the noise, but there's still a faint noise to be heard.

What could this be, worth changing strings again?
I have some random Peavey strings set in at the moment, and I have some GHS Boomers waiting in my guitar case, however they are even thinner.
Should I try increasing the action, my e string is at around 3.5mm and E at 5-6mm (is this even normal?)?
I'm just worried I won't have to go to a Luther or something else.
